Re-Homing | Legacy Rescue

We at Legacy Rescue love ALL dogs and want to help all of them no matter what the situation is without any judgement of the surrendering party. However we are constrained by financial and space obligations to the ones we already have so we can only take dogs that are well behaved and won’t harm others. Before surrendering your precious “kid” to Legacy, Legacy Rescue reserves the right to meet the dog and have him assessed both health wise and behaviorally. We know this is not easy for you so we want you to be 100% sure and we want you to know we will protect them and care for them as our own.

At the time of surrender, the surrendering party would have to sign a surrender form relinquishing all rights for this dog to Legacy Rescue so we can find him/her a new forever home.
